Warner N. Macklin

Warner N. Macklin, III, J.D., is Chairman, Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of FoxChase Advisors LLC, a boutique global financial advisory and management consulting firm. Since January of 2018, Mr. Macklin has grown the firm significantly and attracted clients and projects internationally. Under Mr. Macklin’s leadership, the firm has served as advisors on M&A strategy and deal structure; performed financial modeling and strategic planning services; conducted large government operational audits and restructuring advisory services; and provided project management and operations integration tasks for several diverse private clients. FoxChase Advisors partners with national, global and government clients.

Starting in 2015, Mr. Macklin joined a Pennsylvania based Silicon Valley-venture capital backed mobile app/IoT technology startup as Consultant and Senior Adviser. Mr. Macklin helped the startup company restructure its corporate staff operations and governed the creation of a new board of directors of which he was appointed. As the executive in charge of business development and sales, Mr. Macklin worked closely with company leadership to achieve significant revenue growth and lead the effort to establish new business relationships with large private and government clients. Mr. Macklin departed the firm in 2017 as Vice Chairman of the board and Director of Corporate Affairs. Prior to 2015, as an entrepreneur, Mr. Macklin established a previous consulting firm and successfully exited the business in less than four (4) years.

Previously, Mr. Macklin’s spent time as Senior Vice President (Managing Director Level) with the global boutique diversified financial services firm PrimeSolutions Financial Group LLC. PrimeSolutions provided investment banking, asset management and risk management services to an institutional, corporate, and affluent individual client base representing selected major markets, international institutions, and sovereign funds. Mr. Macklin also worked for PNC Financial Services as a Vice President.

Mr. Macklin currently serves on the Business Advisory Council (BAC) of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland (Pittsburgh Branch). Not only has Mr. Macklin served on the board of directors of small privately held companies, but he has also spent time on a few Pittsburgh, Pa., based non-profit and academic (K-12) board of directors and trustees.

Mr. Macklin has a strong background in private equity, business management and operations, P&L management, legal risk management and corporate policy development. Mr. Macklin serves on the business school faculty of Robert Morris University, as Adjunct Professor, where he teaches Business Management Practice and Theory.

For more than two decades, Mr. Macklin has worked tirelessly to help his clients achieve their financial, strategic, and business management goals. He has done so in a manner governed by certain core values—decency, integrity, privacy, and adherence to the highest ethical and moral principles.

These values have led Mr. Macklin to be appointed to the Pennsylvania Minority Business Development Authority (PAMBDA), a state finance approving board position within the administration of Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett (R). Mr. Macklin was unanimously confirmed by the Pennsylvania State Senate for the PAMBDA appointment. Mr. Macklin stepped down after six (6) years of service to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Macklin also served as a member of Governor Tom Wolf’s (D) Transition Oversight Team focusing on the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities. A true bipartisan servant-business leader.

Mr. Macklin is an Eagle Scout, and a graduate of Brandeis University and the Duquesne University School of Law.
